Thanks to all who took part in the campaign to oppose mineral extraction in the Ouse Valley between Chellington and Felmersham. Over 2000 letters were written and 861 signatures were added to the petition. Those of you who emailed in your objection will have received the great news that sites MD46 and MD49 will no longer be considered suitable for mineral extraction so the quarrying website has now been closed.
